Aldea’s Network Management Center (NMC), located in Montreal, Canada, is equipped with sophisticated hardware and software tools to configure, provision, and test video transmissions over our network.

Aldea’s NMC operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and is staffed by experienced operators and technicians in broadcast communications. At Aldea’s NMC, all transmissions are individually monitored. Advanced analysis and rerouting tools, as well as state-of-the-art automation systems are in place to provide you with the utmost responsiveness and reliability and faultless delivery of live television content.

To ensure seamless transmissions Aldea’s team of video expert engineers — most with over 10 years of experience in the broadcast and video transport industries — designs, configures, and tests each customer solution, while NMC staff actively monitors video and audio quality on all circuits. Our operations and support staff are committed to customer service and speak multiple languages including, English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, Cantonese, Romanian and Greek to name a few.
